Sweet Violet Martini

A lovely sweet serve to sip on during your Saturday night. Using the amazing the gin to my tonic Sweet Violet Gin.

Ingredients

• 60ml Violet Gin
• 15ml Vermouth

Method

1. Add Violet Gin and Vermouth to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Serve straight away.
