Orange & Passionfruit Martini

This cocktail is perfect for the festive season! Cheers.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Mandarin & Passion Fruit Gin

  • 50ml Fresh Orange Juice

  • 40ml Passionfruit Liqueur

  • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • 20ml Aquafaba

  • Garnish With Passionfruit

Method

  1. Add Mandarin & Passion Fruit Gin, Fresh Orange Juice, Passionfruit Liqueur, Fresh Lime Juice and Aquafaba to a shaker (no ice) and dry-shake to build foam.

  2. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.

  4. Garnish with Passionfruit and serve.
