With the strawberry season finally here in Scotland, what better way to celebrate World Cocktail Day than with a refreshing Strawberry Spritz? I have carefully selected the finest ingredients from Ald.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Toradh Handcrafted Premium Pink Scottish Gin.
  • 1 Tsp Specially Selected Scottish Strawberry Preserve.
  • 20ml Lemon Juice.
  • Top Up With Apple & Elderflower Flavoured Sparkling Water.
  • Top Up With Prosecco.
  • Garnish With Scottish Strawberries & British Mint.

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add the ingredients and stir gently to combine.
  3. Serve straight away.
