Alpine Toddy

I was lucky enough to get this fantastic cocktail hamper from the amazing chase distillery - It included everything you need to make a delicious Alpine Toddy with their Rhubarb & Brambley Apple Gin Th.

Ingredients

• 50ml Chase Rhubarb & Bradley Apple Gin

• 75ml Strawberry Rooibos Tea

• 20ml Lemon Juice

• 15ml Agave Syrup

• Garnish With Orange Peel

Method

1. Add Chase Rhubarb & Bradley Apple Gin, Strawberry Rooibos Tea, Lemon Juice and Agave Syrup to a heatproof glass or mug.

2. Top up with hot water and stir to warm through.

3. Garnish with Orange Peel and serve.
