Christmas Gin Sour

I’m excited to partner with the incredible team at Master of Malt to bring you a holiday favourite crafted with their premium products. Presenting my go-to Christmas cocktail, featuring the vibrant malf.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Malfy Blood Orange Gin

  • 30ml Fresh Orange Juice

  • 30ml Fresh Cranberry Juice

  • 20ml Lemon Juice

  • 20ml Simple Syrup

  • A dash of bettersbitters Miraculous Foamer

Method

  1. Add Malfy Blood Orange Gin, Fresh Orange Juice, Fresh Cranberry Juice, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and A dash of bettersbitters Miraculous Foamer to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.

  4. Serve straight away.
