Aperol Gin Sour cocktail recipe by Gin & Domic

I loved making this for Wardingtons Original.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Ludlow Dry Gin
  • 50ml aperolspritzuk
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.
  2. Add Ludlow Dry Gin, aperolspritzuk, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Serve straight away.
