Mint Gin Cocktail

Mint Leaves, Raspberries, & Lime Wedge, to garnish.
Ingredients
- 50ml Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
- 20ml Raspberry Syrup
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 125ml Ginger Ale
Method
- Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.
- Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, Raspberry Syrup and Fresh Lime Juice.
- Top up with Ginger Ale and stir gently.
- Serve straight away.
