Blackcurrant Negroni

Here’s one I made earlier… a blackcurrant negroni.
Ingredients
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- 25ml Gin
- 1tsp Blackcurrant Jam
Method
- Add Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Gin and Blackcurrant Jam to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Serve straight away.
