Ingredients

• 50ml Teasmith Gin

• 25ml Lemon Juice

• 12.5ml Simple Syrup

• 1 Egg White (or vegan foamer)

Method

1. 1. Add the Teasmith Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white or foamer into a shaker and dry shake (without ice).

2. 2. Then add ice and shake again until well chilled.

3. 3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
