I’m a little late but this Strawberry Smash Gin is so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin

  • 50ml Soda Water

  • 25ml Lemon Juice

  • Top Up With Prosecco

  • Garnish With Strawberry Slices & A Lemon Twist

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.

  2. Add Gin and Lemon Juice.

  3. Top with Soda Water and Prosecco and stir gently.

  4. Garnish with Strawberry Slices & A Lemon Twist and serve.
