Hazelnut Rum Cocktail

I’m making one of my favourite cocktails with the wonderful belgroverum Hazelnut.
Ingredients
- 50ml Belgrove Hazelnut Rum
- 60ml Cream of Coconut
- 125ml Pineapple Juice
- 10ml Lime Juice
Method
- Add Belgrove Hazelnut Rum, Cream of Coconut, Pineapple Juice and Lime Juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled glass.
- Serve straight away.
