Hazelnut Rum Cocktail

I’m making one of my favourite cocktails with the wonderful belgroverum Hazelnut.

Ingredients

• 50ml Belgrove Hazelnut Rum
• 60ml Cream of Coconut
• 125ml Pineapple Juice
• 10ml Lime Juice

Method

1. Add Belgrove Hazelnut Rum, Cream of Coconut, Pineapple Juice and Lime Juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.
4. Serve straight away.
