Raspberry & Cherry Aperol Spritz cocktail recipe by Gin & Domic

A fizz & spritz cocktail by Gin & Domic featuring 50ml Aperol.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Aperol
  • 30ml Prosecco
  • 100ml Belvoir Farm No Added Sugar Sparkling Cherry & Raspberry

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.
  2. Add Aperol.
  3. Top with Prosecco and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with Belvoir Farm No Added Sugar Sparkling Cherry & Raspberry and serve.
