Wicked Gimlet

A gin cocktail by Gin & Domic featuring 50ml gin.

Ingredients

• 50ml gin

• 25ml Belvoir Lime Cordial

• 20ml Midori Melon Liqeuer

• 1 tsp edible green glitter

• Soda water or lemonade, to top (optional)

Method

1. Add the gin, lime cordial, Midori and glitter to a cocktail shaker and shake.

2. Strain into a coupe glass.

3. Top with soda water or lemonade (if you prefer it sweeter).
