Gin

To make the garnish, mix honey and red food dye until the honey is completely red. Dip the rim of your cocktail glass into the mix, and let it drip down naturally. Put the glass into the fridge / free.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gordon's London Dry Gin

  • 25ml lemon juice

  • 15ml raspberry syrup

  • Topped with soda - 120-150ml

  • Garnish: honey and red food dye (for the blood-red rim)

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.

  2. Add the gin, lemon juice and raspberry syrup.

  3. Top up with soda water and stir gently to combine.

  4. Add your blood-red honey rim garnish and serve.
