Watermelon Negroni

If you love Negronis then you need to try this refreshing summer twist on it! It’s delicious.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Cocchi Vermouth

  • 25ml Boatyard Distillery Gin

  • 25ml Campari

  • 15ml Fresh Watermelon Juice

Method

  1. Add Boatyard Distillery Gin, Cocchi Vermouth, Campari and Fresh Watermelon Juice to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  4. Serve straight away.
