Pineapple & Aperol Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 75ml Pineapple Juice
• 50ml houseofelrick Tropical White Rum
• 50ml aperolspritzuk
• 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 10ml Simple Syrup

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.
2. Add Pineapple Juice, houseofelrick Tropical White Rum, aperolspritzuk, Fresh Lime Juice and Simple Syrup.
3. Stir gently to combine.
4. Serve straight away.
