Valentine’s Kiss Cocktail

The perfect Valentine’s Day cocktail I’d say!

Ingredients

  • 50ml pink gin

  • 50ml Belvoir Farm raspberry and lemon cordial

  • 30ml fresh lemon juice

  • 30ml aquafaba

  • Top up with Belvoir Farm Raspberry Lemonade

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.

  2. Add pink gin, Belvoir Farm raspberry and lemon cordial, fresh lemon juice and aquafaba.

  3. Top up with Belvoir Farm Raspberry Lemonade and stir gently.

  4. Serve straight away.
