Well, working with Smeg was one of my work highlights this year!! I’ve always LOVED their range. Especially now I have their amazing citrus juicer & soda maker, both spectacular at making tasty coc.

Ingredients

  • 100ml Freshly juiced orange

  • 100ml Cranberry juice

  • 25ml Vanilla syrup

  • Soda water, to top up

  • Garnish with sugared cranberries, dehydrated orange and mint.

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.

  2. Add Freshly juiced orange, Cranberry juice and Vanilla syrup.

  3. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Top up with soda water.

  5. Garnish with sugared cranberries, dehydrated orange and mint, then serve.
