Rubicon Pornstar Martini Tower

It’s my second day of showcasing what you can do with the fantastic Rubicon range. Today I’m so excited to show you my pornstar martini tower. I used Rubicon’s Passion Sparkling Drink to make these dr.

Ingredients

  • 75ml Rubicons Passion Drink

  • 50ml Gin

  • 30ml Passionfruit Syrup

Method

  1. Add Gin and Passionfruit Syrup to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Top up with the Rubicon Passion Drink.

  5. Serve straight away.
