Rubicon Highball Passionfruit Spritz

I am continuing my ‘no boring’ journey with Rubicon. I wanted to create an exciting and refreshing drink that you can sip all night long. This is the Rubicon Highball Passionfruit Spritz.

Ingredients

  • 200ml Rubicon Passion Drink

  • 50ml Gin

  • 15ml Lime Juice

  • Garnish with half a Passionfruit and mint

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.

  2. Add Gin and Lime Juice.

  3. Top up with Rubicon Passion Drink and stir gently.

  4. Garnish with half a Passionfruit and mint and serve.
