Rhubarb Gin Cocktail

I’m revisiting this cocktail this evening as it’s one of my tasting highlights this year. You need to try it! The flavours marry up perfectly in this.
Ingredients
- 50ml Penrhos Spirits Rhubarb Gin
- 25ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 25ml Hot Honey Syrup (50:50 mix of honey & water) wilderbeehoney
Method
- Add Penrhos Spirits Rhubarb Gin, Fresh Orange Juice and Hot Honey Syrup (50:50 mix of honey & water) wilderbeehoney to a heatproof glass or mug.
- Top up with hot water and stir to warm through.
- Serve straight away.
