Raspberry Gin Cocktail

A gin cocktail by Gin & Domic featuring 50ml Hendrick's Gin.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Hendrick's Gin

  • 20ml Raspberry Syrup

  • 15ml Lime Juice

  • Top Up With Old Jamaica Ginger Beer

  • Garnish With Cucumber, Raspberries & Lime

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.

  2. Add Hendrick's Gin, Raspberry Syrup and Lime Juice.

  3. Top up with Old Jamaica Ginger Beer and stir gently.

  4. Garnish with Cucumber, Raspberries & Lime and serve.
