Chocolate Gin Cocktail

An eggscellent cocktail I made for Vemacity.

Ingredients

  • 75ml Chocolate Liqueur

  • 50ml Gin

  • 30ml Double Cream

  • 2tsp Yellow Food Colouring

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.

  2. Add Gin, Double Cream and Yellow Food Colouring.

  3. Top up with Chocolate Liqueur and stir gently.

  4. Serve straight away.
