Petal & Guava Martini

Gin

Some recent work for Rubicon - this is a lovely cocktail for Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Rubicon Guava

  • 50ml Gin

  • 25ml Dry Vermouth

  • 10ml Rose Petal Syrup

Method

  1. Add Rubicon Guava, Gin, Dry Vermouth and Rose Petal Syrup to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Serve straight away.
