Strawberry & Kiwi ‘Daiquiri’

Ingredients

• 80ml Rubicon Strawberry & Kiwi

• 50ml Rum

• 15ml Lime Juice

• Garnish - Strawberry & Lime

Method

1. Add Rubicon Strawberry & Kiwi, Rum and Lime Juice to a shaker with ice.

2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.

4. Garnish with strawberry & lime, then serve.
