Orange Gin Sour

Ingredients

• 50ml Toradh Seville Orange Gin

• 40ml Orange Simple Syrup (1/3 Water, 1/3 Sugar, 1/3 Fresh Orange Juice)

• 20ml Lemon Juice

• Garnish - Orange Peel

Method

1. Add Toradh Seville Orange Gin, Orange Simple Syrup (1/3 Water, 1/3 Sugar, 1/3 Fresh Orange Juice) and Lemon Juice to a shaker with ice.

2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.

4. Garnish with Orange Peel and serve.
