Breakfast Martini

A little cocktail I made for thealchemistuk & calahomes the other week for World Cocktail Day. I had to share the recipe again as it’s absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Fifty Pounds Gin

  • 50ml Cointreau

  • 25ml Lemon Juice

  • Garnish With A Orange Peel

Method

  1. Add Fifty Pounds Gin, Cointreau and Lemon Juice to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with A Orange Peel and serve.
