Lemon Gin Bramble

Is it just me but has August flown in?! Such a quick month! Here’s a little Bramble I made for House of Elrick, cheers to a new month & a new start!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin

  • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

  • Top Up With Chambord

Method

  1. Add Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Top Up With Chambord to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.

  4. Serve straight away.
