Pineapple Rum Cocktail

Ingredients

• 75ml Pineapple Juice

• 50ml Rubicon Passionfruit Juice

• 50ml House of Elrick Dark Rum

• 25ml Fresh Lime Juice

• 15ml Grenadine

• Garnish with Passionfruit & Mint

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.

2. Add Pineapple Juice, House of Elrick Dark Rum, Fresh Lime Juice and Grenadine.

3. Top up with Rubicon Passionfruit Juice and stir gently.

4. Garnish with Passionfruit & Mint and serve.
