Ingredients

• 75ml Pineapple Juice
• 50ml rubicondrinksuk Passionfruit Juice
• 50ml houseofelrick Dark Rum
• 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 15ml Grenadine
• Garnish with Passionfruit & Mint

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.
2. Add Pineapple Juice, houseofelrick Dark Rum, Fresh Lime Juice and Grenadine.
3. Top up with rubicondrinksuk Passionfruit Juice and stir gently.
4. Garnish with Garnish with Passionfruit & Mint and serve.
