Ingredients

  • 40ml gin

  • 100ml Binary Botanical

  • 1 tsp caster sugar

  • 25ml blackcurrant syrup

  • Lemon twist and blackcurrants, to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add the gin, Binary Botanical, caster sugar and blackcurrant syrup and stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a lemon twist and blackcurrants and serve.
