Fig and Lemon Gin fizz
A gin cocktail by Gin & Domic featuring 4 Tbsp of Fresh Fig Puree (2 Fresh Figs, 2 Tbsp Water and blend until smooth).
Ingredients
4 Tbsp of Fresh Fig Puree (2 Fresh Figs, 2 Tbsp Water and blend until smooth)
50ml Isle of Harris Gin
Juice from One Lemon
25ml Rosemary Honey Simple Syrup (or more if you like a sweeter drink)
Method
Add the Fresh Fig Puree, Isle of Harris Gin, juice from one lemon and Rosemary Honey Simple Syrup to a blender with a big scoop of ice.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Serve straight away.
