Fig and Lemon Gin fizz

Gin

A gin cocktail by Gin & Domic featuring 4 Tbsp of Fresh Fig Puree (2 Fresh Figs, 2 Tbsp Water and blend until smooth).

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp of Fresh Fig Puree (2 Fresh Figs, 2 Tbsp Water and blend until smooth)

  • 50ml Isle of Harris Gin

  • Juice from One Lemon

  • 25ml Rosemary Honey Simple Syrup (or more if you like a sweeter drink)

Method

  1. Add the Fresh Fig Puree, Isle of Harris Gin, juice from one lemon and Rosemary Honey Simple Syrup to a blender with a big scoop of ice.

  2. Blend until smooth and slushy.

  3. Pour into a chilled glass.

  4. Serve straight away.
