Coconut Gin Fizz

Little bit of coconut before pumpkins fully take over my feed.

Ingredients

  • 50ml House of Elrick Coconut Gin

  • 25ml Coconut Cream

  • 25ml Blue Curacao

  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

  • 15ml Lemon Juice

  • Top Up With Lixir Tonic

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.

  2. Add House of Elrick Coconut Gin, Coconut Cream, Blue Curacao, Sugar Syrup and Lemon Juice.

  3. Top up with Lixir Tonic and stir gently.

  4. Serve straight away.
