Rum & Campari Pineapple Sour

Rum

A rum cocktail by Gin & Domic featuring 50ml House of Elrick Rum.

Ingredients

  • 50ml House of Elrick Rum

  • 50ml Pineapple Juice

  • 30ml Campari

  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

  • 15ml Lime Juice

Method

  1. Add House of Elrick Rum, Pineapple Juice, Campari, Sugar Syrup and Lime Juice to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.

  4. Serve straight away.
