Rum & Campari Pineapple Sour
A rum cocktail by Gin & Domic featuring 50ml House of Elrick Rum.
Ingredients
50ml House of Elrick Rum
50ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Campari
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
Method
Add House of Elrick Rum, Pineapple Juice, Campari, Sugar Syrup and Lime Juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
Double-strain into a chilled glass.
Serve straight away.
