Clover Club Cocktail

Dry shake all ingredients in your shaker, then fill with ice, shake again then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with edible flowers or raspberries.
Ingredients
- 60ml of gin
- 15ml of lemon juice
- 15ml of raspberry syrup
Method
- Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled glass.
- Serve straight away.
