Lime Rum Cocktail

Ingredients

• 60ml Spiced Rum

• 15ml Lime Juice

• 75ml Pineapple Juice

• 50ml Ginger Ale

• 1tsp Sugar

• Garnish with pineapple wedges, I coated them in brown sugar then gently fried them for 5 minutes

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.

2. Add Spiced Rum, Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice and Sugar.

3. Top up with Ginger Ale and stir gently.

4. Garnish with pineapple wedges, I coated them in brown sugar then gently fried them for 5 minutes and serve.
