Blackcurrant Negroni with Super Cubes cocktail recipe by Gin & Domic

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with The Ice Co Party Ice, gently stir then strain into a short glass filled with The Ice Co Super Cubes.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 25ml Gin
  • 1tsp Blackcurrant Jam

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Serve straight away.
