Pineapple Tequila Cocktail

The amazing Jaffa have recently brought out their Super Sweet Pineapples available nationwide at tescofood - they challenged me to create a delicious cocktail with it!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Tequila

  • 20ml Agave Syrup

  • 1 Jaffa Super Sweet Pineapple — for a garnish wedge, 25ml juice and 5-7 chunks

Method

  1. Prepare your Jaffa Super Sweet Pineapple into a wedge for garnish, 25ml of juice and 5-7 chunks.

  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in the shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.

  3. Strain the mixture into a short glass rimmed with Tajin spice.
