Ingredients

• 200ml of Gin of the Month Ellis No.4 Pink Shimmer
• 50ml Tequilla Rose
• 200ml London Essence Pomelo and Pink Pepper tonic

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.
2. Add of Gin of the Month Ellis No.4 Pink Shimmer and Tequilla Rose.
3. Top up with London Essence Pomelo and Pink Pepper tonic and stir gently.
4. Serve straight away.
