The Original Spritz

I loved making a series of videos for Eden Mill last year, this serve was one of my favourites using their Original Gin!

Ingredients

• 25ml Original Gin.

• 15ml Pink Grapefruit Syrup.

• 10ml Campari.

• Top Up With Soda Water.

• Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or an orange wheel.

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.

2. Add Original Gin., Pink Grapefruit Syrup. and Campari.

3. Stir gently to combine.

4. Top up with soda water.

5. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or an orange wheel, then serve.
