Summer Slushie

Gin

And blend! (I used the Ninja portable blender it’s so good!).

Ingredients

  • 50ml gin (optional)

  • 50ml Belvoir Farm Summer punch cordial

  • 150ml ginger ale

  • 25ml lemon juice

  • Ice

Method

  1. Add gin (optional), Belvoir Farm Summer punch cordial, lemon juice and ginger ale to a blender with a big scoop of ice.

  2. Blend until smooth and slushy.

  3. Pour into a chilled glass.

  4. Serve straight away.
