Salted Caramel Martini

Shake all ingredients vigorously in an ice-filled shaker. Strain into a chilled coupe glass with caramel sauce. Garnish with crunchy caramel sprinkles.
Ingredients
- 50ml the gin to my tonic Salted Caramel Gin
- 50ml Baileys
- 50ml Double Cream
- 2tbsp Caramel Sauce
Method
- Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Serve straight away.
