Salted Caramel Martini

Salted Caramel Martini cocktail recipe by Gin & Domic

Shake all ingredients vigorously in an ice-filled shaker. Strain into a chilled coupe glass with caramel sauce. Garnish with crunchy caramel sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 50ml the gin to my tonic Salted Caramel Gin
  • 50ml Baileys
  • 50ml Double Cream
  • 2tbsp Caramel Sauce

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Serve straight away.
