Cherry Sparkling Cocktail

Now today would be perfect for the occasion if we had Summer weather but we can always close our eyes & pretend!

Ingredients

• 50ml Ellers Farm Cherry Liqueur
• 50ml Premium Tonic Water
• Top Up With Prosecco

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.
2. Add the ingredients.
3. Top up with Premium Tonic Water and Top Up With Prosecco and stir gently.
4. Garnish with Ellers Farm Cherry Liqueur and serve.
