Cherry Aperol Spritz

This vibrant cocktail is the ultimate summer refresher and adds a modern twist to the classic Aperol Spritz.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Aperol

  • 40ml Cherry Juice

  • 20ml Lime Juice

  • 10ml Grenadine

  • Top Up With Prosecco

  • Garnish with Cherries and an Orange Wedge

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.

  2. Add Aperol, Cherry Juice, Lime Juice and Grenadine.

  3. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Top up with Prosecco (and a splash of soda water) and stir gently.

  5. Garnish with cherries and an orange wedge and serve.
