Rum Rainbow Cocktail

I’m using the delicious House of Elrick tropical rum for this. It works perfect!

Ingredients

• 20ml Grenadine

• Crushed Ice

• 50ml Orange Juice

• 50ml Pineapple Juice

• 50ml Tropical Rum

• 20ml Blue Curaçao Mixed With 50ml Tonic (I recommend Lixir)

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.

2. Add Grenadine, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and Tropical Rum.

3. Top up with Blue Curaçao Mixed With 50ml Tonic (I recommend Lixir) and stir gently.

4. Serve straight away.
