Pineapple Gin Spritz cocktail recipe by Gin & Domic

The perfect refreshing spritz for this bank holiday coming up, I loved making this for the wonderful the gin to my tonic.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin
  • 50ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • Top Up With Prosecco

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.
  2. Add Gin, Pineapple Juice and Lime Juice.
  3. Top with Top Up With Prosecco and stir gently.
  4. Serve straight away.
