Pineapple Gin Cocktail
The perfect day to celebrate all things Scottish Gin, what a range of fantastic gin we have to choose from, I’ll be sipping on this vibrant cocktail to brighten up this rainy day we’re all having!
Ingredients
25ml Eden Mill Passion Gin
15ml Passoa
15ml Pineapple Juice
Top Up With Prosecco
Method
Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.
Add Eden Mill Passion Gin, Passoa and Pineapple Juice.
Top up with Prosecco and stir gently.
Serve straight away.
