Passion Gin by Eden Mill is bursting with tropical flavours of oranges, apricots, coconuts and of course, passion fruit.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Eden Mill Passion Gin

  • 15ml Passoa

  • 15ml Pineapple Juice

  • Top Up With Prosecco

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.

  2. Add Eden Mill Passion Gin, Passoa and Pineapple Juice.

  3. Top up with Prosecco and stir gently.

  4. Serve straight away.
