I’m sipping this delicious Floradora

Join me to celebrate from Scotland by creating a tantalizing Flora Dora cocktail inspired by local Raspberries.

Ingredients

• 50ml Empress 1908 Gin
• 20ml Scottish Raspberry Syrup
• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 125ml Ginger Ale

Method

1. Add Empress 1908 Gin, Scottish Raspberry Syrup and Fresh Lime Juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.
4. Serve straight away.
