A gin cocktail by Gin & Domic featuring 50ml Empress 1908 Gin.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Empress 1908 Gin

  • 20ml Scottish Raspberry Syrup

  • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • 125ml Ginger Ale

Method

  1. Add Empress 1908 Gin, Scottish Raspberry Syrup and Fresh Lime Juice to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.

  4. Top up with 125ml Ginger Ale.

  5. Serve straight away.
