Coffee Gin Cocktail
A gin cocktail by Gin & Domic featuring 50ml Gin.
Ingredients
- 50ml Gin
- 50ml Coffee Liqueur
- 50ml Fresh Espresso
- 30ml Lotus Biscoff Spread
Method
- Add Gin, Coffee Liqueur, Fresh Espresso and Lotus Biscoff Spread to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds to build a rich foam.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Serve straight away.
